i think 1minutes/60seconds of flood control is too long and waste so much time for every member. i think we should reduce it to 30seconds? or wat? just my suggestion anyway.

60 seconds won't waste your time THAT MUCH actually. We have this flood control cause of some spam issues. We just want a forum with a very understood rules.
