1. Press Ctrl + N to create a new file
2. Edit these parts:
- Width: 4 pixels
- Height: 4 pixels
- Resolution: 72 pix/inch
- Color Mode: RGB Color, 8 bit
- set it to Transparent .
3. Click zoom tool , then fit screen .

4. After clicking Fit to Screen. your picture will look like this

5. Right Click Brush tool then Choose Pencil Tool

6. Do this *toogle the spoiler*

7. Go to Edit>Define Pattern . then name it SCANLINES . then save

How to put scanlines on a Picture ?

8. Ctrl + O . to open a picture
9. Create a new layer [Shift+Ctrl+N]
10. Go to , Layer>Layer Style>Pattern Overlay. after that *toogle the spoiler*
